• Your device information, advertising identifiers, and usage data may be collected by our advertising partners
• Ads may be personalized based on your interests and activity

3. On-Device Text Analysis

All AI-powered text analysis features, including text summarization and proofreading, are processed entirely on your device. Your text content is never transmitted to external servers and remains completely private.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

While your text content remains on-device and private, the free version of TextPro does collect certain data through third-party advertising SDKs:

• Device information and identifiers
• Advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID)
• IP address and approximate location
• App usage statistics and performance data

5. No Account Required

You can use TextPro immediately without creating an account or providing personal information beyond what is automatically collected by advertising SDKs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to technically circumvent, tamper with, or disable the app's advertising mechanisms (excluding the use of legitimate ad-blocking tools or exercising rights under applicable privacy laws)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Interfere with the app's security features

7. Intellectual Property

TextPro and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by moruk.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TextPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, moruk.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of TextPro.

10. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party advertising services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
