By visiting the ProText website or using the ProText app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Current availability
ProText is an active service. The website and browser tools are available now, and the Text Pro app is publicly available on iPhone, iPad, and Android through the App Store and Google Play. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed as the product evolves, and a page describing a planned feature does not promise that the feature is currently available.
Permitted use
You may use ProText for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the website or app, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, interfere with another person's access, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use the service to submit content that you do not have the right to process.
Your content and AI features
You keep ownership of text and other content that you submit. You give Moruk Co the limited permission needed to process that content to provide a feature you request. The browser workspace calculates basic counts locally and keeps recent history in your browser. Optional AI actions on the website or in the app send the text needed for the selected action through the Moruk AI gateway and configured model providers.
AI output is experimental assistance, not a guarantee of accuracy and not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Review every result before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it. You are responsible for the content you submit and the decisions you make using an output.
App stores and third-party services
App Store, Google Play, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. The availability of an app download, provider, or external link may vary by country, device, or account. The Text Pro app is currently free and supported by advertising. App open and interstitial ads, ad consent, analytics, diagnostics, the Moruk AI gateway, and configured model providers are provided by or through third parties and may be unavailable or change independently of ProText. If ProText introduces a paid feature, the price and any additional purchase terms will be shown before a charge.
Intellectual property
ProText, its branding, website content, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Moruk Co. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Availability and disclaimer
ProText is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular result, or that the service will be free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Moruk Co is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service.
Cookies and analytics
ProText uses browser storage for local drafts, tool preferences, and analytics consent. If you allow optional analytics where consent is required, Cloudflare Zaraz may load the Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity services. Essential diagnostics and aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics support site operation. In the app, Google UMP controls available ad choices, Firebase Analytics and Expo Observe follow the app's consent signals, and conditional Sentry diagnostics may operate in trusted production builds. Changes and termination
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear above. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product changes.
